A big pain point was this modal never closing when I use global search.
I mean, fixing that alone is worth this update.
Auto Reveal Current File
Some plugins already do this. (1) (2) Having it built into the app makes it much much better.
Relative Paths with Media Tags
This is nice only because I’m starting to add videos and images to my site with raw html (due to the extended controls it offers). I won’t use it much but it’s better than not having it.
Web Viewer Plugin
Let’s be fair, this is just a copy of the Surfing plugin with added adblocking and native UIs. No, really, that’s it. LOL.
So I actually haven’t changed much. I especially love the new search bar. It’s exactly what I envisioned for a search bar just like Flow Launcher.
Web Viewer Reader Mode
A nice addition.
Web Viewer Startpages
I remember using Momentum a few years ago. So I thought to myself, “How cool would it be to have a Startpage for the web viewer? That way I’d have instant access to important sites and web tools.” 🤔
